- Data collection from all parties through various modules and forms, each with defined workflows and notifications aligned with system rules and user role permissions.
- Integration and presentation of data in customized formats tailored to user requirements.
- Digitization of critical project delivery lifecycle processes, such as Payment Claims, Works to Proceed, Change Events, and Defects, enabling standardized processes and facilitating process control and business intelligence.
- Support for Sydney Water's Partnering for Success (P4S) 10-year works delivery program.
- Planned integration with PowerBI reporting capabilities to further enhance project delivery management.
- SWConnect: This integrated, cloud-based solution provides Sydney Water's business partners with easy and transparent real-time access to services. Its features include:
- Built-in automatic workflows, KPIs, notice periods, milestone notifications, escalations, and reporting.
- Management of operational activities from design through to commissioning of new assets, as well as responses to environmental harm incidents.
- Replacement of various paper-based forms and email processes with robust digital forms and workflow processes, improving operational efficiencies.
