Faced with an incident management system that didn’t allow employees in the field to enter data or interface with the regulator’s reporting requirements, a government-owned utility approached finao to unlock the system’s full potential.

This approach granted field staff the ability to swiftly submit real-time field reports through their mobile device, complete with date-stamped before-and-after photos. Data was then seamlessly formatted to align with the regulator's reporting requirements and consolidated in a secure site, accessible at their convenience.

The outcome was a resounding success, enabling efficient reporting and streamlining the regulatory information flow. The customisation not only fulfilled the corporation’s compliance obligations but also positioned them as advocates and adherents of the regulatory landscape.
