We are excited to announce our most recent hire, who will contribute to key areas of our business. A high-calibre project team is critical to finao’s mission and the new addition to our team reveals a lot about who we are and where we are going. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome her on board!

Samantha Kounis - Technical Project Manager


Samantha will be the bridge between our Development and Project teams to ensure our systems scale and adapt to our client's changing business environments. She will research and lead new initiatives to ensure finao's promise of constant improvement is delivered. With a passion for embracing the fast-paced world of technology, Sam will also focus on ensuring finao clients receive quality, results-driven solutions.

Sam brings over 3 years of project management experience from a variety of industries. Prior to joining our team, she served as the Lead Software Engineer for a global manufacturing company to roll out an Automated Payroll System. She also managed a team of developers to deliver a CRM system for a not-for-profit organisation. Sam has earned her Bachelors degree from Monash University with a specialisation in Software Development and Business Information Systems. She will now be working towards various AWS certifications to accompany her in this new role at finao. Welcome on board Sam!
